Petal Passion accepts VISA, Mastercard, PayPal and Afterpay payment methods, without surcharge.
For payment on invoices, our payment terms are strictly 7 days from the date of invoice.
As you the purchaser, you are responsible to provide correct delivery details, in some cases another delivery charge may apply to complete the delivery if incorrect information is supplied.
Delivery will be carried out on the requested day, however in some cases this may not be possible due to delivery cut off times, couriers and rural addresses. Your order will be dispatched asap on the next suitable courier run. Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery for further information
Cancelation of orders will be accepted up to 2.30pm on the previous day before the requested date of delivery, please note an $8.00 administration charge applies to ALL refunds
Petal Passion reserves the right to the substitution of flower types due to seasonal and or quality variances. Substitution will be of the same or greater value. You will not be notified of this change.
Queries and complaints MUST be lodged within 48 hours of delivery and photographic proof may be required.
Once the order is dispatched from our premises, Petal Passion holds no responsibility for damage made by any third party. However in the event damage is due to our error eg incorrect packaging, we will take full responsibility and rectify the situation. Our courier services use a Track and Trace system, which we can provide to you to confirm delivery of your order, once your order has been delivered to the provided address, we Petal Passion take no responsibility for theft or damage that may occur after the confirmed delivery time.
